About Chloe Victoria

I am a published poet, author of short stories, songwriter, performer and podcaster, as well as a proud member of independent multi-disciplinary theatre company Moth Sanctuary Productions.

Publications

I have poetry published in 13 journals, anthologies and lit mags, including Black Bough, Rhythm & Bones Press, Mookychick and Analogies and Allegories as well as flash fiction published in Twist in Time Magazine.

Theatre & Performance

I have written and performed several short stories for Penny Dreadfuls from the Moth Sanctuary – an original horror podcast series available to listen to on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Podbean and all major podcast providers.

I worked as a stage manager and songwriter for Moth Sanctuary Productions show Usher: The Unbroken Line which is currently in development with the Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham.

I starred as ‘Red’ in Moth Sanctuary Productions award-winning performance of Angela Carter’s ‘The Company of Wolves’ alongside Andrew Bate as ‘Wolf.’ We received the award for Best Costume in the Scenesaver Birthday Honours 2021.

I sang soprano in the choir & performed as a Gloucester Cathedral Choirboy at Nottingham Playhouse in their 2019 production of ‘Coram Boy’.

I took on various roles throughout the 2019 run of the award-winning Xtreme Scream Park, including the leading role of The Priest in ‘The Village’ & The Landlady in ‘Stilton Hall Hotel & Hell Spa.’

I also have extensive experience in voiceover, as well as production for radio, video & commercials.

Education

I have an MA Professional Writing (distinction) from Falmouth University and a first class BA(Hons) in Media & Communication from Birmingham City University.
